I have been shopping at bebe store for about 7 years bebe colthes is great and the staff is very nice and helpful they walk me throw every single corner in the store every time i visit

Fake Tracking numbers and No delivery!

Tried to spend over $1500 with Bebe.com to buy gifts for Xmas. Was given 2 day shipment and the next day I recieve a tracking number for product to arrive Dec 21st. I look up the tracing numbers at FedEX and UPS and they did not exist. After several days of follow up I receive a new tracking number showing packages were not even shipped up til 2 days after when I was to receive delivery. 2 day shipping on the 23rd with delivery now coming on Dec 28th. Customer Support hung up on me today the first time I called today to show then the error in their communication and was given a supervisor who said she could do nothing for me... nothing after 15 years buying ALOT of product at my wifes favorite store.

Overpriced and poor customer service- negative reviews get erased!

Clothing looks perfect on models but once received at home, the color is off & the sizing is off. Refunds take 3 months with multiple phone calls. If you get your refund it'll less the shipping cost which I think is $8-$9. I have tried to write one star reviews on particularly their snakeskin pattern. It's so toned down you can see it and the metallic colors are not shiny, instead look dark brown. I have tried to write 4 one star reviews on the articles of clothing I purchase. All get erased. Therefore it only looks like they get perfect reviews. You all know if everything is 5 stars perfect, they are liars. I can't order form them anymore it's too frustrating and of the 10 pieces I bought over time, I only held on to one. Not worth it. Too costly for a name that really has no relevance like it used to.

Really bad experience. Be aware!

Be careful, I have been a customer of Bebe for a long time and I have always liked the style and quality of her clothes. Last time I placed a large order of which I only received a part. When I called to make the claim they simply told me that I had to pay the total when I never received the complete package. They don't care about that and they don't try to satisfy the customer either. Be careful!

Charge me to get refund?

Bought outfit online from Bebe clothing. Was way too tight and arms were big. Needed to return for a refund. Started process online, they want to charge me $8 for a shipping label. Called customer service and they said "Sorry, we don't give free returns"?...

Purse

Brought this purse from pebbles loved it had it only a couple months. Its falling apart. Very upset with quality. I have cheaper purses that have not fell apart like this one.

Bebe not like it used to be

I will never buy anything from them again - it's cheap clothes, no company backup - they don't care about their customers - they are just like many other cheap clothing sites

Item sent nothing like the picture

This mess they sent me is horrific. Wouldn't let my DOG wear it. Biggest rip off of 2020
DON'T waste your time of money. Scandalous they allowed to rip the public off

Worst Quality Ever and not the Exact Color

I just received a dress i had ordered for my bday and its not the color as on their website and is the worst quality ever. I bought it as a final sale for $44.97 and its not even worth the price the original price was $119. This was literally a waste of my money. I used to love this brand so bad when i would buy at their store. (Fiery Coral)

Poor customer service and return policy

I was on phone trying to find out about the return policy. After a little explanation the representative hang up the phone this happened twice for the same day. I had other questions to ask but never had the chance of a day to do so!
It's sad knowing that you spend your money on their website for someone to be very rude.
Their clothing is good quality but their Customer service is poor, plus return policy is not good. If your store is going full online there needs to be free returns as other online stores!

Placed an order/worst customer service ever

Placed an order and immediately called to correct it and told they couldnt they are scammers especailly asia, and yvonne, rude and that is probably why they are no longer have stores poor business practices!
